Deciding of the Tiebreaker of Marks in AIIMS MBBS 2019:
The tiebreaker situation occurs when two or more AIIMS MBBS 2019 candidates having same total percentile scores, the authorities will break the ties by below-mentioned steps:
  • The candidate having higher Biology Percentile will get the preference
  • If the Biology-percentile of the candidates results same, the candidate having higher Chemistry-percentile will get the preference.
  • If the Chemistry-percentiles of the candidates’ are the same, the candidate with higher Physics percentile will have the priority.
  • If the above considerations fail, the age of the candidates will be the deciding factor.
How To Associate With Healthcare Sector Without Having an MBBS/BDS Degree?
AIIMS MBBS 2019 Counseling:
AIIMS New Delhi will start counseling for MBBS seats from the 1st week of July to the 4th week of October 2019. The counseling session will consist of the mock rounds and the rounds for real counseling. The mock round of AIIMS MBBS 2019 counseling will start from the 1st week of July 2019 to the 2ndweek of the same month. Similarly, the first round of counseling will start from the 2nd week of July 2019 to the 4th week of the month. The 2nd round of the counseling is expected to start from the 1st week of August 2019 to the 4th week. The 3rd version of the AIIMS MBBS 2019 counseling will start from the 1st week of September 2019 to the 2nd week of September. AIIMS MBBS 2019 the candidates having the mock round, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd round of the counseling will have to go through following steps:

AIIMS MBBS 2019 Registration form open

All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi starts basic registration for MBBS 2019 from 30th Nov 2018. All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi has introduced two-stage online registration for medical aspirants through MBBS entrance examination for 2019 academic session. There are a basic registration and a final registration process.

This decision was taken for wrong application form fill up by majority of candidates and that lead to many rejections last year. There is no fee for the basic registration. After verifying the details filled in basic registration, the candidate can proceed to the final registration. 
The AIIMS MBBS exam is conducted for admission in MBBS programme in nine AIIMS institution of the country- New Delhi, Patna, Bhopal, Jodhpur, Bhubaneshwar, Rishikesh, Raipur, Guntur (Andhra Pradesh) and Nagpur (Maharashtra).

  • Candidate needs to qualify Class 12 Higher Secondary Education (HSC)/Senior School Certificate Education (CBSE)/Intermediate Science (I.Sc) or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university of any state.
  • Candidate’s age needs to be or will be 17 years as on 31st December 2018.
  • Candidate must pass the qualifying Class 12 Higher Secondary Education (HSC)/Senior School Certificate Education (CBSE)/Intermediate Science (I.Sc) or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects with 60% aggregate marks ( 50% for SC/ST/OPH candidates).

AIIMS PG 2019 (July session) Admit Card has been released by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, which is the exam conducting body. The AIIMS PG 2019 Admit Card just released on April 25 through online mode and can be downloaded through pdf format. AIIMS PG Admit card is uploaded in the official website.

AIIMS MBBS Entrance Exam 2019 to be Held Today and Tomorrow

AIIMS MBBS entrance exam is going to be conducted today i.e May 25, 2019, by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. AIIMS MBBS entrance exam will be conducted in two shifts in two days on May 25 and 26. The morning session is going to be conducted from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and the evening session from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM. 

The duration of the exam is 3 hours and 30 minutes which is held in a computer-based test format. Candidate needs to answer 200 MCQs and reason & assertion based question which will be asked from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Question from general knowledge and current affairs are also asked in the entrance test.

AIIMS MBBS advisory:

AIIMS Authorities had released an advisory on May 24, 2019, for those candidates who will appear for the AIIMS MBBS 2019. The advisory reads candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall past the entry time. The time of reporting has been mentioned in the admit card. Candidates can only carry three items to exam hall which includes the admit card with a photo of the candidate affixed to it, original photo ID proof and two recent passport size photograph with white background. 

Talking about the getup note that hats, caps, scarves, and similar headgear, as well as goggles, thick-soled footwear, and large metallic buttons, are prohibited. 


The results of AIIMS MBBS is notified to be out on June 12, 2019. AIIMS authority will release the merit-list adjoined with the roll number-wise and rank-wise result. It is already published that those candidates who will secure the minimum qualifying percentage will only be able to access the result. The merit list will include name, total scores, subject-wise percentile scores and qualifying status of qualified aspirants.

The answer key for the 1st shift has been released by India's one of the most popular coaching institutes, Resonance. The answer key is released for the morning session of AIIMS MBBS 2019 entrance exam conducted on May 25 only. The answer key has been made based on the memory so there is no guarantee of 100% accuracy.

AIIMS UG 2019 Exam Ends, Know your Qualifying Marks

The All India Institute of  Medical Sciences, New Delhi is conducting its competitive online entrance examination. The entrance examination is scheduled to be for the MBBS Course of 2019 for AIIMS  through the Computer Based Test (CBT).
The AIIMS has successfully conducted the undergraduate examination test which was scheduled to be conducted in the two shifts on May of 25 and 26, 2019. The candidates who appeared for the relevant examination which was scheduled on the respective dates for the can now know how much they need to score to qualify for the examination. This article is all about. The examination is held in the protocol of two shifts at 145 cities all over India. The duration for the examination is of 3 and a half hours (three hours and thirty minutes). The examination was concluded at 6:30 pm on the Sunday of May 26, 2019.

The online entrance examination which is (CBT) is scheduled to be conducted in the two shifts which are of morning shift/first shift from 9 am to 12:30 pm and the afternoon shift/second shift from 3p, to 6:30 pm.
The Reporting Time for the initiative which is the first shift is 7 am and of the second shift is 1 pm.  Here no candidate will be allowed entry into the examination center after 8:45 am in the first shift and as 2:45 in the second shift. 
The candidates are also advised to reach the relevant examination center in the time and not to wait till the last minute of the hour. There are also several if the mandatory pre-examination activities such as the biometric capture, photo capture, etc, so as to avoid any kind of delay into the commencement of the examinations. Here the candidates are required in their own interest to ensure that they too enter the examination center by at least 30 minutes before the scheduled or the start of the examination.

No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall before the end of three and a half hours. Sticking to the procedures, none of the candidates will be allowed to enter the relevant examination hall without a valid Admit Card (Original Print Out), and ID proof and one photograph. The identification or the ID proof should be the same as that of the one mentioned in the Application.
Candidates are strictly instructed not to bring a pen/pencil to the Examination hall. The other sheets like pen and the rough sheet etc will be provided by the AIIMS at the examination center. The rough work will only be done on the dough sheet or on the back side of the Admit Card. Candidates should also not bring any kind of the wristwatches, the relevant cell phones, pager, calculator or any of the electronic gadget, the Bluetooth devices, etc, inside the examination hall is strictly prohibited over the examination center.

In addition to this, any of the type of Ornament, head gear, hair bands, hair clip, belt, bags, credit cards, debit cards, books are strictly prohibited at the Examination Centre. Hence, for the candidates, they are advised not to carry or hold any of these items into the examination center.

The Competitive Entrance Examination will have one part as the consisting of the relevant 200 Objective Type (Multiple Choice and of the Reason-Assertion type) questions from the subjects as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and General Knowledge/Aptitude. The distribution of the questions are as :

AIIMS PG 2019 in Odisha Centre Going to be Conducted on June 14

AIIMS PG 2019 (July Session) is going to be conducted in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, by the AIIMS, New Delhi on June 14, from 9 am -12 noon. The exam was actually going to be conducted on May 5, 2019, like other states. But since the state was severely hit by Cyclone Fani, exam in Odisha center was canceled. 

From June 6th the revised admit cards will be issued for candidates who will be appearing from Bhubaneswar center. Those candidates who had filled the form and are eligible will be able to download the admit from the official portal.

Let us share with you about how the percentile score has come out:

The process is for each subject in the paper, a percentile score is calculated in AIIMS result. Based on a few other points like the marking scheme, the scores obtained are the raw score which is then utilized to regulate the percentage score and percentile. Percentile scores are based on the relative scores of all those who appeared in the examination. The percentile scores are then calculated up to seven decimal places to reduce the chances of a tie between two or more candidates.

Merit list:

Additional to the result an overall merit list, rank wise and roll number wise is also going to be released. This will contain the all India rank, percentile scores, subject-wise scores. 

The percentile score and for the total marks in both the shifts are merged and arranged accordingly to compile an overall merit list. When there is the case of two or more candidates who have exact same total percentile, then a tie-breaking tool is applied to decide which candidate gets the higher rank. Higher percentile in Biology, Higher percentile in Chemistry, a higher percentile in Physics or a higher percentile in General Knowledge is considered. If neither of these factors helps in the resolution of a tie then the candidate who is older by age is given the higher rank.
